MICRO-NEEDLING AND TCA POST PROCEDURE

Immediately after your TCA or Micro needling procedure do not take any into anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen, Motrin, or Advil. These agents will interfere with the natural inflammatory process that is critical and responsible for your skin rejuvenation. Follow these simple steps:Day of procedure: No lotions, makeup or other topical products on your face before yourprocedure. After your procedure your medical provider may apply a lipopeptide booster, skin moisturizer, and sunscreen. You make clean your face with gentle cleanser before bed.

Day 1: On the next day you may clean your face as usual and a play make up lotions and other topical products as usual. Stay away from exfoliates or glycolic acid’s that are present in cleansers, as these can make your skin very dry after the procedure. Be sure to use an approved SPF 30 or greater sunscreen!

Days 2-7: Within two (2) days following your TCA or Micro-Needling procedure, you will notice skin dryness and flaking. This is due to an increase turnover of skin cells. During this period, you may apply your regular skin moisturizer. Following the instructions given to you by your medical professional. If your medical professional uses the roller around the eyes you may have a little micro bruising that may exist for 3 to 4 days. This can easily be covered with makeup. Days later, your skin will start shedding. These are the skin layers that would regularly shed a week later, but the Micro-Needling brings the skin to the surface sooner. During this temporary process, your skin will shed and be dry.

Day 7+: A week after the TCA or Micro-Needling procedure, most patients noticed that their skin is smoother and more radiant.

Results vary, but usually, a course of 1 to 3 treatments (maximum of 5, depending on the condition being treated) is typically recommended. If you require MORE procedures in this, you may have an unrecognized underlying medical condition and should consult with your provider. Of course, results may vary from patient to patient. Keep in mind that the healthier your body is, the better will be the result you achieve from the Micro-Needling procedure. Your body’s function and overall health are reflected in your skin.

WHAT THE MICROBLABING HEALING PROCESS IS LIKE

We recommend that a touchup is performed 12 to 18 months after your first initial touch-up appointment to keep the color looking vibrant and then microblade strokes looking crisp. Skin cells turn over more frequently on oilier skin types causing the color to fade quicker than drying skin types. For oilier skin type more frequent touch-ups may be required which are not included in the original price.

BROW BOMB HYDRATED HEALING

Wash browse gently morning and night your first and second day. On day three, no water on browse for 14 days. (or until the bomb is gone) Apply brow balm generously three times a day. If browse becomes dry or itchy, apply more brow bomb. Stay out of the sun for at least 14 days. Enjoy your shower, but no pools, hot tubs, saunas, lakes, etc. for 14 days. Avoid sweating for 14 days. Sweat can change the pigment color. Avoid brow makeup, brow tints, or other facial treatments for 14 days. If using anti-aging or acne products that lighten, brighten or tighten, avoid using in or around your brows for 30 days after your procedure. These products will almost immediately fade and or change the color of your brows. THE GOAL IS NO SCABBING OR FLAKINGHYDRATED HEALING
